About Ursula

Ursula is an experienced Realtor® focused on residential home buying and selling in Philadelphia, Delaware County, and on the Main Line. She prides herself on providing excellent personal attention throughout the entire process and beyond. As a licensed attorney and former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, Ursula enjoys using her advocacy skills to help her clients. She works on deals that include everything from $2+ million luxury properties to total fixer-uppers. Ursula has lived and worked in many neighborhoods in the Philadelphia area which makes her the perfect agent for people who are narrowing down towns or deciding between the city or the suburbs. She is patient in explaining what can feel like a daunting process with first-time home buyers, sellers in difficult situations, and everything in between. She has built trusted relationships over the years with lenders, other Realtors®, inspectors, contractors, architects, and designers in order to provide a complete and seamless home-buying or selling experience for her clients. Ursula lives with her husband and two young children, Will and Emma, in Swarthmore, PA. While she can frequently be found trying to convince people to move to Swarthmore because it’s her favorite place, she truly loves and is knowledgeable about many neighborhoods in Philadelphia and other surrounding suburbs.

Ursula volunteers as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system who need an advocate for their best interests. She also reads with kindergarteners at Chester Charter Scholars Academy. In her free time, Ursula satisfies her love of learning by listening to podcasts and reading.
